Getting Ready
Space: Make sure training space is free of clutter. For DIY target, please thank Pam Dressel by liking her YouTube video: https://youtu.be/5Zrt4MnD2xY. Warm up/stretch for at least 10 min prior to this class. Have water nearby. Log on with your real name at least 3-5 minutes prior to class. Participate safely.
Optional materials
Yoga Day: Yoga mat, blocks, folded blanket, strap
FIT Institute (Strength and conditioning): jump rope, agility ladder (or taped floor), small weights, stretch bands

10:30am-11:30am Sabre clinic w/ Coach Bariş Övünç (TUR), ÖVÜNÇ Eskrim Akademisi and RedStar Fencing Club (requires special link)
2:00pm-3:00pm Foil clinic, with Head Coach Peter Habala
